Freshly grind Himalayan salt & McCormick's peppercorn medley all over the roast, don't be afraid to use a lot. Then place Smithfield Applewood bacon covering the top of the roast, then turn on crock pot on high 4-6 hours, low 5-8. I'm sure this is not the healthiest of meals but you can't beat the tenderness of this juicy roast and Amazing flavor!

Spaghetti Tomato Squash Casserole
Saw this fabulous recipe and had to try it. Since this was my first time cooking Spaghetti squash I was a little nervous but willing to venture out for something healthy. It was worth it because it was really good, even the teens said it was good.
